6. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to any individual player for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 82jili is not responsible for any losses you incur as a result of gaming activity — all wagers are placed voluntarily and at the player's own risk. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
82jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, particularly where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of promotional offers, or any other behaviour detrimental to the integrity of the platform. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified and given an opportunity to respond where this is reasonably practicable. If an account is closed due to a verified breach of these terms, any outstanding balance may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach.
